Our Process Development trainings consists of the following steps:
Introduction to process development:- Presentation "How to start developing processes?"
- 2 hours questions - answers session.
- You can also read information for free here.
Personal trainings:- We give training session to one person responsible for your company's processes development.
- Subject of the trainings "How to develop process in simple but most efficient way?".
- We brainstorm together in order to find and assess the main problems that prevent productivity and efficiency and help to develop new processes.
Team trainings:- Presentation "How to integrate processes into everyday tasks?"
- We answer 50 "Why" and "How" questions.
- We participate in discussion "How to prepare your first process?" and help to create it with Beedo.
Everything you can do by yourself - you should do it. This is simply cheaper.
But when you face the problems and you can not find answers or it can take too long - it is better to ask for advice. And we can help you to find those answers.

Can you learn effectively?
We offer to do this test with nearest seminar/trainings you or your employees are planning to attend:
- Note the cost of the seminar (entry fee and how long it was).
For example.: entry fee was 1000 Eur and it took 2 days. The total price would be 1500 Eur (seminar and employees salary price).
- Immediately after the seminar note what training materials do you or employee have: notes, slides and practical examples (in fact not all lecturers are willing to share this information).
